Join Briony for a gentle, nourishing 4-week Mama & Baby Yoga course where you’ll be supported to:

This isn’t just a yoga class, it’s a sacred space for you to pause, breathe, and be held in the beautiful, tender season of early motherhood.

📍 Woonona | Thursdays 10-11am(ish) | Starts May 2

Includes herbal tea and chat after the yoga practice (around 45 mins). No experience needed. All babies pre-crawling welcome, just as they are.

Spots are limited so we can keep the space intimate and nurturing.

Suitable for Mamas after their 6 week postnatal check-up, or after 8 weeks for a c-section.
