Becoming A Woman Workshop

The Becoming A Woman Workshop is a tender and powerful initiation space for girls standing at the doorway of their first bleed, and for the women who walk beside them. Rooted in the teachings of the School of Shamanic Womancraft, this circle honours menarche as a rite of passage, not something to hide, rush, or medicalise.

Together we will gently explore the wisdom of the menstrual cycle, the inner seasons, emotional literacy, embodied boundaries, and the awakening of intuitive knowing. Through story, ritual, creative expression, and circle sharing, each girl will be supported to meet her changing body with reverence and confidence.

This isn’t just about learning how the body works, it’s a weaving of ancient remembering and grounded guidance, so our daughters, and the daughters of our community, cross this threshold feeling celebrated, informed, and deeply held.
