I understand, acknowledge and agree that if I participate an in-person, or online event, session, or offering with Briony Goodsell and any of her representatives, volunteers and team members at Sacred Feminine Way), I follow, and accept full responsibility of the following:

1. I enter into this agreement of my own free will, choosing to establish the agreement between myself, and Briony Goodsell of Sacred Feminine Way.
2. I know, understand and acknowledge that Briony Goodsell, and her representatives, volunteers and team members at Sacred Feminine Way are not physicians, psychologists, and/or other healthcare professionals.
3. I agree to take responsibility for my own actions, and for the consequences of how I apply the knowledge I gain from these programs and offerings.
4. I know, understand, and acknowledge that the programs, services and products being offered are NOT intended to treat or diagnose, and do NOT include treatment for, or diagnosis of any illnesses, disease, or disorder, whether that be physical, mental, emotional, or psychological.
5. I affirm that I am responsible for my own circumstances, emotions and feelings, and for the application of any guidance I may receive while in attendance at any online, or in-person events with Briony Goodsell or any of her representatives, volunteers, or team members at Sacred Feminine Way.
6. I agree not to attempt to make those who may host, or any other persons who may be in attendance responsible for any said circumstances and/or feelings, and/or any circumstances of such application.
7. I take full responsibility for any physical, mental, psychological, or emotional outcomes perfectly aligned for my own spiritual journey, that may result from participation in any of the activities involved with the programs offered by Briony Goodsell, or any of her representatives, volunteers or team members at Sacred Feminine Way.

We have the right to change these terms and conditions as we see fit and your continued use of this website, and our services will signify your acceptance of any adjustments.

The rules and principles for the PeacemakerEquity arbitration process are found at http://peacemakerequity.com. The arbitrator is bound by these rules and principles. The arbitration will be conducted via video conference, in person or by phone call.

All documentation/evidence is to be provided to info@peacemakerequity.com and the parties agree that the arbitrator’s judgement will be final and enforceable under applicable law, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court with jurisdiction.

The arbitration costs will be shared between all parties, according to the Peacemaker Equity Rules.

The parties agree that if they are unhappy with the outcome of the arbitration, they can appeal the decision to a jury of twelve which will be conducted via video conference, in person or by phone call, with all documentation/evidence to be provided to info@peacemakerequity.com.

A jury trial will follow the same rules and principles as an arbitration. The judgement will be made in consideration of all available evidence and in accordance with the principles of equity contained in the Bible.

If you do not want to be bound by this binding arbitration provision, you must inform Peacemaker Equity within 7days of the date that you first accepted these terms by agreeing to this clause. A written notification must be sent to info@peacemakerequity.com with your name address and a clear statement that you do not want to resolve disputes with us through the Peacemaker Equity arbitration process.
