“Menopause is not the end of a woman’s life, it is the beginning of a new way of being. It is a profound rite of passage that marks the deepening of a woman’s wisdom and power.” Jane Hardwicke Collings
Within Western society, menopause has often been minimised, medicalised, or spoken about in quiet, apologetic ways. Many women, especially in previous generations, were expected to simply get on with it, push through symptoms, stay silent, and continue caring for everyone else while navigating profound physical, emotional, and identity shifts.
For many, this has meant moving through this threshold without ritual, without shared language, and without community acknowledgement of the magnitude of what is unfolding.
Now, many women are reclaiming menopause as a powerful feminine rite of passage, a time of deep transformation, truth telling, and embodied wisdom.
There is a remembering happening, a return to honouring this transition as sacred, meaningful, and worthy of being witnessed and held in community.
Each ceremony I offer is shaped around you, your story, your body, and your unfolding. It can be held as a 1:1 session in my space in Woonona, or in your home/other location for an intimate gathering, please reach out to connect about what would feel most supportive. It can also be a deeply meaningful ritual to share with a close circle of women who walk beside you as you cross this threshold.
Duration: up to 3hrs (*please note, this is for a 1:1 session in our location, for a group ceremony please contact us, +additional fee)
If you can’t find a time that suits you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I sometimes have additional availability that’s not listed online.
