1:1 Shamanic Womancraft Session

Shamanic Womancraft uses the ancient way of the midwife – the Mauiutic Method – asking of our wounds “how does this serve?”

This begins the unravelling of the influence of one’s rites of passage, red thread or mother line, and allows women to heal and reconnect with their inner knowing, wisdom and power.

What is Shamanic Womancraft?

Shamanic Womancraft is the process of engaging with the transformational experiences of being a woman through the vision, tools and skills of the shamanic perspective – seeing the interconnectedness of everything, and offering a map to inform and guide the transformational journey.

As a Shamanic Craftswoman, Briony uses the compassionate practice of listening, helping you to navigate your inner journey of menstruation, pregnancy, birth, mothering, creation, menopause and beyond. This then enables you to more fully engage with your experience, to ‘own’ it and to understand each situation for what it is, and what it represents on your life journey.

Why have a 1:1 Shamanic Womancraft session?

• You have a particular issue that has your attention that you want to understand the context of in your life and wish to work with it in a healed way, rather than a wounded way.
• You want to understand the patterns and themes that run through your life unconsciously – these can show up in relationships, your career, family dynamics, in parenting etc.
• You want to understand your menstrual cycle, any irregularities, or help prepare your daughter for her menarche.
• You are preparing for conception, or birth, or experiencing peri-menopause and want to understand this more deeply, or do things differently.
• You’ve had a traumatic birth experience and want to work through this, and bring healing to the experience.
• You would like to understand your red thread, or mother line wound and anything that has been passed on to you.

How it Works: 

• Book a session and answer a series of questions (what we call an ‘innerview’) via email reflecting on the events, threads and transitions that have shaped your life story so far.
• Meet with Briony online to unravel the clues in your story together and see a way forward.
• Briony may suggest ceremonies, menstrual cycle awareness, drum journeys or other healing. practices to do on the call, or afterwards.
• Follow-up check-in via email, as well as a recording of our session if you choose.

This is deeply held space to explore your inner landscape through the lens of Shamanic Womancraft.
