A deeply restorative one to one womb yoga practice supporting you through every phase of womanhood, including cycle awareness, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.

These sessions are designed to bring you back into connection with your body, your inner rhythm, and your cyclical nature through gentle, intuitive, and nourishing embodied practice.

What is Womb Yoga?

Womb yoga is a restorative and therapeutic style of practice inspired by the teachings of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

It’s a practice of deep listening.

Rather than focusing on performance, flexibility, or achievement, womb yoga invites rest, awareness, and reconnection with the inner landscape of the feminine body.

It supports the return to cyclical awareness, helping you understand and feel the natural rhythms that move through your body, emotions, energy, and life stages.

A Practice for Every Phase of Womanhood

Your body is always changing. Your needs are always shifting. This practice honours cyclical ways of the feminine body.

Each session is completely tailored to you.

There is no fixed sequence or rigid structure. We begin with where you are in that moment, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

From there, your session may include:

  • Breath awareness and grounding practices
  • Gentle movement based on your cycle or energy
  • Nervous system regulation and deep rest practices

  • Guided rest or yoga nidra

What to Expect

Sessions are held 1:1, online or in person.

Each session lasts 90 minutes.

Simply arrive as you are and you will be gently guided into practices that support your current phase, helping you regulate, soften, and reconnect with your body.
