These sessions are designed to bring you back into connection with your body, your inner rhythm, and your cyclical nature through gentle, intuitive, and nourishing embodied practice.
Womb yoga is a restorative and therapeutic style of practice inspired by the teachings of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
It’s a practice of deep listening.
Rather than focusing on performance, flexibility, or achievement, womb yoga invites rest, awareness, and reconnection with the inner landscape of the feminine body.
It supports the return to cyclical awareness, helping you understand and feel the natural rhythms that move through your body, emotions, energy, and life stages.
Your body is always changing. Your needs are always shifting. This practice honours cyclical ways of the feminine body.

You don’t need to have a physical womb to benefit from this work. The energetic womb space is a centre of intuition, creativity, and deep inner knowing that lives within all of us in different ways.
Each session is completely tailored to you.
There is no fixed sequence or rigid structure. We begin with where you are in that moment, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Restoring nervous system balance, supporting recovery, and helping you reconnect with your body after birth (can also be done with your baby)
Perimenopause is a powerful threshold of change.
This practice supports you through shifting hormones, emotions, sleep patterns, identity changes, and energy fluctuations.
Rather than trying to fix or override these changes, we work with your body’s intelligence, supporting steadiness, rest, and reconnection during this transition.
Sessions are held 1:1, online or in person.
Each session lasts 90 minutes.
Simply arrive as you are and you will be gently guided into practices that support your current phase, helping you regulate, soften, and reconnect with your body.
