These seasons are not rigid definitions, but gentle ways of recognising the natural phases of womanhood. While we do not return to earlier life seasons, we can remain in relationship with the wisdom they have gifted us, carrying their strengths forward as we continue to grow and evolve.
They are offered here as a way of honouring the unfolding journey of the feminine, so you may feel met with clarity, care, and understanding as you walk your path.
Menarche, early womanhood, cycle awareness
This pathway is a gentle initiation into the cyclical nature of the feminine body and the deep wisdom it holds. It’s designed to support young women as they begin to bleed, awaken to their rhythms, and come into relationship with their bodies in ways that feel safe, sacred, and empowering.
It also honours mothers, carers, and female elders, supporting them to walk alongside the Maiden as she crosses this threshold. Together we offer a sacred witnessing of puberty and menstruation, shared openly and lovingly rather than held in silence or shaped by shame.
Through cycle awareness, conversation, ritual, and womb centred practices, the Maiden is invited to listen inwardly, trust her sensations, emotions, and intuition. This is a time of curiosity, creativity, and becoming, where seeds of self worth, body respect, and cyclical living are planted early, held within the wisdom and care of her feminine lineage.
Our Maiden phase spans from birth to around age 25.
Pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, motherhood & creative life transitions
This pathway honours the creative force of life that moves through your womb, whether that creation is a baby, a vision, or a rebirth of self. It supports you through pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the many initiations of motherhood, with these thresholds held as sacred rites of passage.
This is a journey of deep embodiment, surrender, and becoming. Here we weave together physical, emotional, and spiritual support, inviting you to trust your body, soften fear, and reconnect with your innate birthing and mothering wisdom.
I will walk beside you as you navigate identity shifts, matrescence, overwhelm, exhaustion, grief, and joy, offering nourishment, ritual, womb healing, and soulful presence so you feel held, seen, and deeply supported as you cross these life changing thresholds.
Our Mother/Creatrix phase spans from around age 25-50.

The Crone is the keeper of deep time. She holds the long view, the memory of all that has been lived, and the wisdom gathered through a lifetime of crossings and initiations. This season of the feminine journey is no longer shaped by productivity or outward striving, but by integration, truth speaking, and a deep relationship with what remains steady and enduring.
While our offerings are not centred specifically on this pathway, she is warmly welcomed into our spaces with deep respect for the stories, insights, and life experience they carry. Her presence is an essential thread within the wider feminine tapestry, reminding us that every stage of womanhood exists within a greater continuum, and that the learnings of earlier seasons gradually mature into discernment, perspective, and embodied understanding.
The Crone stands as both witness and guide, inviting reverence for ageing, cycles of completion, and the quiet authority that arises from a life fully lived. Through her we remember that the feminine path does not end, it evolves, passing its gifts, insight, and guidance onward to those who follow.
